The pictures, the sounds - we told the story of this incredible game, as well as Johnny Manziel’s return to the American football field, as well as any production I have ever been a part of. The remote production business has actually been going on for some time, but what we did here, at sneaky big, in phoenix is we moved it to the next level. We moved it to a level that proves we can produce high-end programming in a remote facility utilizing a minimum number of cameras, using a minimum number of crew, and make this really sing. It was a labor of love from a lot of people to be able to make this work.

Every person I had any kind of contact with, every single SNEAKY BIG staffer was easy to deal with, responsive to a fault and professional in every way. The production crew was first rate. The result in this case was an outstanding production.

This is the direction that sports broadcasting is going. We all want to be as efficient with our budgets as we can, and we also know the traditional model of live sports casting games is probably not the way we are going to be doing it two to three years from now. The key thing with AAF is we know what the model is for standard live sports broadcasting, and it works; however, rolling trucks and sending people to sight is not the most economically feasible way to do it, but when you start to think about an at home production there are a lot of efficiencies we gain by not sending people to sight, and we were able to do that at a VERY high level with Sneaky Big.

I was pleasantly surprised with the facility, the spaciousness, the control room is very modern and there are a lot of exciting things about it. What was most amazing was the flexibility the (Augmented Reality) set gave us, allowing us to make changes…you can change the background from week to week, and you guys did completely change the set from Week 1 to Week 2 whereas a physical set doesn’t allow you that flexibility. It really allows for us to focus on game specific content in order to properly convey the stories we want to tell
